Cincinnati Bengals’ cornerback Pacman Jones steamrolled over a cameraman.

The Cincinnati Bengals are currently trying end to a 24-year drought of no playoff victories. They have lost three straight years in the wildcard round and are desperately trying to avoid a fourth straight year of playoff failure, but they currently trail the Indianapolis Colts 13-10 at the half.

During the game, quarterback Andrew Luck tried to find receiver T.Y. Hilton in the red zone but the play was broken up by Pacman Jones. Pacman’s momentum carried him out of bounds and he ended up running over a cameraman standing on the sidelines in the process.

As you can see, after Jones got up, he didn’t offer the cameraman any help, but rather a quick glance and allowed one the chain holders to pick him up instead. The cameraman signaled he was okay, and fortunately was able to return to his position of capturing the game.

Now, it isn’t Jones obligation to pick up the guy he ran over and his glance might have been to check to see that the guy was okay. However, when you’re the size of an NFL player, and you run over someone not in the game, it might be a kind gesture to do a little more than give a quick stare.

The Bengals are trying to remove the black cloud of playoff futility hanging over there head and need all the good karma they can get. Credit to the cameraman for taking a hit and being able to get back out there.
