Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh sent out a tweet that seems to directly take aim at Ohio State’s recent recruitment of four-star running back Mike Weber.

It has not taken long for Jim Harbaugh to assimilate into his role as the new head coach of the Michigan Wolverines. Despite a lackluster recruiting class, which was expected due to his lack of time thus far at the helm of the program, Harbaugh is making his presence felt throughout the Big Ten conference.
That starts, for Harbaugh, by taking aim at their premier NCAA football team as of late, the Ohio State Buckeyes. On Saturday afternoon, the former UM starting quarterback issued a tweet referencing OSU’s recent handling of recruit Mike Weber.
The issue is that Weber, a four-star running back recruit from Michigan, spent hours on the phone with then Ohio State RB coach Stan Drayton, who successfully convinced the young talent to sign with the Buckeyes. Shortly after, Drayton was announced as the new running backs coach for the Chicago Bears. Weber’s high school coach was understandably livid over the situation, and the RB himself tweeted that he was hurt over the entire scenario.
I'm hurt as hell I ain't gone lie

That is where the Harbaugh tweet in question comes in.
Harbaugh took this opportunity boast about the transparency in recruiting with the Wolverines this year. It is a nice way to kick start the rivalry for the two storied college football powerhouses. It is, however, a shame that it has to come at the expense of Mike Weber’s immediate future in the sport.
