Roman Josi – NSH (D) – $5800

The Nashville Predators will play host to the Vancouver Canucks in a game where Nashville is favored at -175. Roman Josi has emerged as the team’s top defenseman with the absence of All-Star, P.K. Subban. Josi has seen an increase in both shots on goal and time on the ice due to this situation. In the last month, he’s averaging 3.14 shots on goal and 26.77 minutes per game. Given the match-up and his time on the top power play unit, Josi will be a staple in my lineups tonight.

More from FanSided

Ryan Ellis – NSH (D) – $4200

Ellis makes for an excellent value play tonight, given his time on the top powerplay alongside the aforementioned, Roman Josi. Ellis has also benefited from the loss of Subban and is averaging over an additional two minuted of ice time. If Ellis is projected to stay on the powerplay prior to puck drop, he’s worth considering.

Calle Jarnkrok – NSH (W) – $3500

Calle Jarnkrok will be my top recommended punt play for tonight. As of now Jarnkrok is projected to skate on the first line, as well as, the first power play unit. This provides massive upside for a player at this price point.

Evander Kane – BUF (W) – $5000

We don’t often see the Sabres among the top team total projections, but they have an above average projection tonight, of 2.9 goals. They will host the visiting Philadelphia Flyers, who have been struggling as of late. Evander Kane is one of the most reliable fantasy producers, from his ability to get shots on net. He’s hit a bit of a lull in the past few games, but given the match-up, I’ll expect Kane to regress back towards his average of 3.81 shots on goal per game.

Best of luck!
