Tonight’s slate features seven games, with Carolina (3), Calgary (3), Winnipeg (3), and New York (3), holding the best projected team totals. I’ll be targeting players from these teams in cash games. Here are my DraftKings NHL picks.

CHI vs. WAS (-156), O/U: 5

TOR vs. NYR (-138), O/U: 5.5

NYI vs. FLA (-135), O/U: 5

BUF vs. CAR (-200), O/U: 5

CLB (-130) vs. TB, O/U: 5.5

WPG (-145) vs. ARI, O/U: 5.5

NJD vs. CGY (-215), O/U: 5

DraftKings NHL Picks:

Blake Wheeler – WPG (W) – $6000

Winnipeg will hit the road to take on the Arizona Coyotes, tonight. The Jets are a -145 favorite and in a favorable matchup against Arizona, who allows the most shots on goal per game (34). Blake Wheeler is under priced given his time on the first line, time on the top powerplay unit, and shot volume.

Evander Kane – BUF (W) – $4900

Evander Kane smashed value for us last night, recording 7.50 DK points. Kane’s price continues to stay suppressed due to his matchups and his presence on the third line, but he continues to prove that his shots on goal provide one of the safest floors available. He’s averaging just under 4 shots per game, and will provide salary relief at this price.

Mathieu Perreault – WPG (W) – $4200

Mathieu Perreault is another player that continues to come in under priced. He’s provided an attractive floor ever since moving to the first line and receiving time on the top power play unit. Given the matchup tonight, I’d expect the Jets to have no problem accruing fantasy production.
