Tonight’s slate features nine games, with New York (3.4), Toronto (3.3), Chicago (3.2), Minnesota (3.1), and Columbus (3.1) holding the best projected team totals. I’ll be targeting players from these teams in cash games. Here are my DraftKings NHL picks.

DAL vs. NYR (-170), O/U: 6

CAR vs. CLB (-155), O/U: 5.5

BUF vs. TOR (-200), O/U: 5.5

OTT vs. STL (-145), O/U: 5.5

NJD vs. MIN (-230), O/U: 5

FLA vs. CGY (-135), O/U: 5

CHI (-170) vs. COL, O/U: 5.5

NAS (-130) vs. VAN, O/U: 5

TB vs. ANA (-175), O/U: 5

NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins at Carolina Hurricanes /

Elias Lindholm – CAR (W) – $4000

Carolina will head to Columbus to take on the Blue Jackets, in a game where Columbus is a -155 favorite. While the matchup isn’t the best, Elias Lindholm is underpriced given his shot floor and time on the top power play unit. Lindholm is averaging 2.75 shots per game this month. Carolina has tweaked their powerplay play lines, giving Lindholm and increased chance of fantasy production.

Nazem Kadri – TOR (C) – $5700

Nazem Kadri has been extremely consistent this season. Kadri chips in through multiple categories, and sees a solid chunk of minutes for a player at this price point. Toronto has the second highest team total of 3.3 goals, and Kadri could be a beneficiary. Kadri is averaging 3.42 shots per game this month.

Anton Stralman – TB (D) – $3700

Victor Hedman left warmups and was unable to play yesterday, in Tampa Bay’s day game against Los Angeles. If Hedman is held out again, Anton Stralman will should see an increase in time on the ice, as well as usage. Stralman played the point on the top powerplay with Hedman out yesterday.
