DraftKings NHL Picks:
Roman Josi – NAS (D) – $6200
Nashville will travel to Anaheim to take on the Ducks, in a game in which Nashville opened as a small dog, but is now closer to a pick’em. Roman Josi has been one of the most reliable defensemen of late. Josi has averaged 3.31 shots and 1.85 blocks over the course of the past month. He also offers upside given his time on the top powerplay unit.

Rasmus Ristolainen – BUF (D) – $5700
Rasmus Ristolainen a slightly cheaper version of Josi. Ristolainen also has valuable consistency through his peripheral scoring. He’s averaging 3.21 shots and 1.57 blocks this month. Buffalo will host the Philadelphia Flyers, who have struggled on the road all season. Playing over 26 minutes per game, with some of that coming on the powerplay, should help Ristolainen find the scoresheet tonight.
Nazem Kadri – TOR (C) – $6200
Toronto has one of the best projected team totals tonight, at 3.2 goals. Nazem Kadri will again, center the first line and play on the first powerplay unit. Kadri has averaged 3.31 shots per game this month, thus providing an impressive fantasy floor.
Alexander Edler – VAN (D) – $3600
Alexander Edler is one of the more intriguing punt plays on tonight’s nine game slate. At $3600, Edler doesn’t need to do much to reach value. This month alone, he’s averaged 2 shots on goal and 1.62 blocks. He’s also playing over 25 minutes per game, much more than anyone else in this price range. While his upside may be capped given the matchup, Edler should be able to reach value based on his averages alone, but could also have upside playing on the top powerplay unit.
