For the past few years following professional sports has been my favorite activity whether it be reading, watching or listening; I have always enjoyed learning about players histories and trying to anticipate their productivity is a fun challenge. Having recently graduated from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo with a degree in History, a career in sports did not seem likely; however, after I began to apply the research techniques I learned in school I quickly found them to be crucial tools in predicting games and understanding trends.
