The New York Giants have one of the most embarrassing special teams units in the NFL and they continued to prove that today.

With the game against the Philadelphia Eagles well in hand, the punt team gave up a late touchdown thanks to a terrible snap that went sailing over punter Steve Weatherford’s head.

Instead of picking up the ball or kicking it out of the back of the endzone, Weatherford did an awkward flop that ended up giving the ball right to Philadelphia with a clear road to the endzone.

The Giants special teams unit was already under plenty of scrutiny and this surely won’t help.
