The Miami Dolphins have released a teaser video of the upgrades that are coming to Sun Life Stadium.

A few weeks ago, Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross announced that Sun Life Stadium will be undergoing a $350 million renovation to vastly improve his team’s home stadium.

There were many different photos sent out to the public, giving the fans ideas of what those improvements would be. They included a model of the newly renovated stadium, 3D images of the newly renovated stadium, and pictures of the new seats and upgraded club sections.

Today, as reported by Bleacher Report, Dolphins brass released a teaser video of all the new features that will be coming to Sun Life Stadium during this renovation.

I have to say, it looks pretty sweet.

The renovation is set to be completed by 2017, and the hopes for the Dolphins organization is to host a Super Bowl in either 2019 or 2020. With these renovations, which will make this stadium look absolutely gorgeous and give the fans a great in-game experience, as well as the fact that they are down in a warm-weather climate in Florida, it probably will become a reality sooner rather than later.

The new Sun Life Stadium will also have a moveable roof installed by 2016, so they’ll have a roof in place just in case the weather is bad as well. Seeing as the NFL was able to have a pretty successful Super Bowl in a cold-weather climate at MetLife Stadium in 2014 (besides the actual game which was dismal), I don’t see why Sun Life Stadium wouldn’t be a great venue for the big game in the coming years.

Miami, Florida is already a great tourist location, so if you add a Super Bowl to the equation, both the game and the state would make out extremely well from the event.

The newly renovated stadium really looks amazing. The upgrades to the field and seats, especially changing the seat colors from orange to teal, give it a fresh, new look that’s easy on the eye. Then, the outside of the stadium really looks unique. It doesn’t have a generic look like a lot of stadiums have, it really emphasizes the state of Florida.

Dolphins fans should be really excited about where they’ll spend their Sundays in the Fall.
