Odell Beckham Jr. is throwing punches.

The New York Giants are trying to upset the Carolina Panthers on Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium, and Odell Beckham Jr. is having a hard time staying focused. There has been a large amount of hype surrounding Beckham and his matchup with Carolina cornerback Josh Norman, who is widely recognized as one of the elite corners in the game.

Throughout the first quarter, things have been very heated between the two with the teams tied at 7. Then, Beckham got annoyed with Norman and blew a fuse.

Beckham is lucky that this was not seen by an official. There is a very good chance that not only would Beckham have been hit with a personal foul, but perhaps been ejected from the contest. New York is sitting at 6-7 and in a three-way tie in the NFC East, hoping to make the playoffs as the fourth seed. Beckham being thrown out of the contest would likely cost New York any chance of getting the win.

Carolina is 13-0 and trying to become only the second team in NFL history to finish the season undefeated with a 16-game schedule. The Panthers can wrap up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs on Sunday with a win and some help.
