The Seahawks did more than just visit the White House when they recently visited the White House, they also joined up with first lady Michelle Obama to help promote her healthy eating initiative Let’s Move.

Here, Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman prepares a healthy meal, and his Seahawks teammates help out by eating it.

And that is how you eat healthy according to Richard Sherman and Michelle Obama. No sign of Chili Cheese Fritos. I guess Chili Cheese Fritos aren’t healthy?

Well I beg to differ. I’ve got a bag of Chili Cheese Fritos right here and according to the nutritional information, this stuff is just loaded with essential saturated fats and sodium. Go ahead, try living without saturated fat and sodium. I dare you.

But seriously, it’s great to see Richard Sherman and the Seahawks getting on board with this worthy effort to help curb obesity in America. Unlike Johnny Manziel, who just spends his offseason partying with D-list celebrities, Richard Sherman, Russell Wilson and the gang are out there trying to make a difference.

Johnny Manziel doesn’t seem to care about making a difference, except in the lives of strippers, who he helps by sticking dollar bills into their g-strings.
