 Miami Dolphins vs Dallas Cowboys

  1. The biggest fantasy relevant story from Saturday night was the domination of Knowshon Moreno.  Moreno shredded the Dallas defense, and looked like the Knowshon Moreno from last year’s Denver Broncos team.  Moreno finished with 64 yards on 10 carries, and probably just won the starting job.  Despite all the negative reports coming out of camp along with recent knee surgery, Knowshon proved tonight that he can still bring it despite not having Peyton Manning taking off some pressure.  Normally a performance like this against the atrocious Dallas defense would not hold impress me too much, but Lamar Miller failed to look as good as Moreno.
  2. Mike Wallace is starting to pick up some steam, as he finished with six receptions on eight targets for 67 yards.  If he can carry on this performance along with some consistency to the regular season, Wallace will finally have a positive year with this Miami Dolphins team.
  3. Tony Romo had a decent night.  He went 10 of 18 for 87 yards.  More importantly, the defense is so bad that the offense will have to put up high numbers to win games or even stay close in games.  The more time that Romo and the offense spend on the field means more fantasy points for us!
