Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians is likely to activate all three of his quarterbacks on Sunday since no one can stay healthy.

The Arizona Cardinals have one of the best records in football but they have a bit of a quarterback problem. It’s not that the Arizona Cardinals don’t have a capable quarterback — they just don’t have a healthy one.

After Carson Palmer went down in Week 1 Drew Stanton started week 2, and actually looked great. He was on a nice run until he got banged up against the Denver Broncos, making way for Logan Thomas’ NFL debut. But even Thomas got dinged up against the Broncos, leaving the starting position up for grabs in Week 6 against the Washington Redskins.

It’s not a given that three quarterbacks will be activated, as Carson Palmer is the most likely candidate to be deactivated on Sunday but any one of the Cardinals quarterbacks could sit.

What activating all three does is it allows the Cardinals to further confuse the Redskins about their game plan, which is something that will work to their benefit. Then again, confusing the Redskins isn’t all that hard, as the Cardinals picked the perfect week to have doubts about the quarterback position since nothing bad is likely to ever happen against Washington.
