We give you five bold predictions for the NFL playoffs

We’re less than a week away from the wild card round of the 2014 NFL playoffs. This weekend features four matchups that are must-watch material. On Saturday, the Carolina Panthers will host the Arizona Cardinals in a battle of the fourth seed and the fifth seed in the NFC. Without Carson Palmer, the Cardinals are a different football team. The home-side is on a four-game winning streak and Cam Newton is playing the best football of his career. The Saturday night game will be a rival game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Sunday games are just as good as the early Sunday game is between the Indianapolis Colts and the Cincinnati Bengals. This matchup will be Andy Dalton’s fourth playoff game and his playoff record is currently 3-0. Andrew Luck will be looking to beat this Bengals for the second time in 2014 as they beat them earlier in the season to a record of 27-0. The late game will be between the Dallas Cowboys and the Detroit Lions. Tony Romo will be looking to change his image in this game by getting a win against a Lions team that hasn’t played their best football in weeks. With a great weekend coming up, here are five bold predictions for this weekend’s games.
