What To Watch For: Top Patriots Story Lines For Super Bowl XLIX

There’s already been a ton of ink spilled on the NFL and the New England Patriots this past week. As AFC Champions, they naturally draw a lot of attention. But the top Patriots story lines will take on even more flavor than normal for a Super Bowl team.

The New England Patriots, with Bill Belichick and Tom Brady leading the charge, are as visible and polarizing a team as the NFL has seen in 20 years.

There are storylines that will dominate the coverage of the big game as Super Bowl Week begins. Reporters, serious and not-so-serious, will be doing everything they can to turn over every rock to find a new angle on the game.

Oh, and you might have heard something about this deflated ball issue.

All will be hyped beyond all perspective. It’s the Super Bowl, after all. It’s time to dive into the deep end and examine the Patriots from every angle. Whether serious or frivolous, all these angles will be reported and will be asked on media day.
