Derek Jeter’s group publishing Rob Gronkowski’s new book
Rob Gronkowski is writing a book and Derek Jeter’s publishing group under Simon and Schuster is the publisher for it.
Is this not a match made in heaven? Derek Jeter’s publishing group, Jeter Publishing under Simon and Schuster, will be the publisher of New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski’s new book, It’s Good to be the Gronk.
It looks like we’ll get an in-depth look at the Patriots player who has amazed us in the last five years as a dominant tight end and an outspoken and fun guy making headlines off the field as well.
There’s no set date on when the world will get to dive into the inside look at Gronkowski’s life, but there’s no doubt that the book will become extremely popular among sports fans right when it hits the shelves.
For The Win had the press release from Simon and Schuster on Jeter Publishing‘s deal with Gronkowski that said readers will get an “intimate look beyond [Gronkowki’s] highly publicized life.”
"Derek Jeter said, “Rob Gronkowski stands out on and off the field to his fans and peers alike. We’re looking forward to helping him share some insight into what makes him tick.”“If you want to be a chiseled six foot six inch All-Pro football player who makes big money to score touchdowns and win Super Bowls, and if you like to have just as much fun with your family and enjoying life, then this book is for you!,” Gronk said."
Gronkowski may just be making some promises that he can’t keep by telling people they’ll turn into All-Pro football players, but his selling points may just score him a job at a car dealership if his NFL career ever goes into the toilet.
Rob Gronkowski won his first Super Bowl title with the New England Patriots, who drafted him in 2010 out of Arizona, in 2015 after they defeated the Seattle Seahawks. Gronkowski has been a three-time Pro Bowl selection and won the 2014 AP Comeback Player of the Year after a knee injury ended his 2013 season prematurely.
While Gronkowski has been great for the Patriots, his antics off the field have given him a reputation for being known as one of the funniest guys in sports.
Just to name of few of these antics, the time he described his ideal wife was brilliant, or the time he twerked on a boat in Miami, or when he spiked a football cake on his brother’s head and even the time he gave a lap dance to Ashlee Ray during an interview. That just names a few. The guy is consistently full of surprises and his book release will be much anticipated by thousands of sports fans worldwide.
