Derrick Rose makes great pass in the air to Taj Gibson (Video)

Derrick Rose improvised while in the air and found Taj Gibson for an easy dunk in Game 2 of his Chicago Bulls’ second-round series against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Not much went right offensively for the Chicago Bulls in the first quarter on Wednesday night. They shot 6-of-18 from the field and posted just 18 points in the game’s first 12 minutes.

One of the few bright spots for the Bulls in the quarter was an excellent mid-air pass from Derrick Rose to Taj Gibson with 3:49 in the period.

Rose sells this play perfectly. He’s staring down his shooters while driving right up until he makes the quick pass to Gibson.
The Bulls will certainly need more plays like that if they are going to claw their way back in Game 2. The Cavaliers are playing desperate; Rose and Chicago will need to be at their absolute best to have a shot.
Rose posted 25 points and five assists in Game 1 of the series.
