Golden State Warriors fans have some pretty awesome shirts for the NBA Finals

At Oracle Arena Thursday, the seats are lined with those fresh playoff t-shirts, hoping to create a sea of yellow for Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Previously, the Golden State Warriors lined the seats with shirts that said “Strength in Numbers”. However, the NBA Finals require something a little different.

Although these shirts are a little bland, I’m OK with it. I’m not a huge fan of the common sports fan phrase “We Believe.” This is mostly because I found it be the slogan in 2005 when I went to Sea World with my family to see Shamu. Aside from the general disposition of captive animals putting on shows, the use of the phrase was telling of how vacuous it is.

“Strength in Numbers” isn’t bad, but it is hard to not sound corny while being inspirational.

I’ve got an idea. Lets make them graphic with some awesome art featuring the players and coach like…

Maybe you could also just feature a picture of your logo like….

Also, this happens every playoff series with various teams, but please Warriors franchise, lets be more cognoscente of our opponents and their color scheme. A sea of royal blue would be more suited for being distanced from your opponent’s colors.
