Riley Curry videobombed her uncle Seth Curry after a D-League game back in May.

Before Riley Curry became the internet phenomenon for making post-game press conferences her personal playground, she was getting practice in the D-League.

Back in May, before she became a social media darling, Riley was watching her uncle Seth Curry, brother of Warriors point guard Stephen Curry, light up the floor from deep.

The perfect setting for Riley to develop her craft of becoming the show stopper, the development league was a great way to learn the art of videobombing.

When her uncle was getting interviewed after the game for his impressive performance from downtown, she forced her way onto the scene.

Riley nudged and pushed her way in until she was finally acknowledged. It was a true definition of persistence put on display by the youngest Curry.

While the world has come to know Riley for playing a ghost underneath curtains and answering questions for her father, she like many in the league earned her way to the show through the developmental league.

Now she’s the breakout star of press conferences, and reporters and fans alike can’t get enough of her. You don’t become an MVP overnight, and Riley earned her way to becoming the new sensation of the NBA by starting off small and working her way up.

Documented evidence also shows that no member of the Curry family is safe from having their moment taken over by the youngest family member.
