Here’s a rap video that Steph Curry was a part of during his time at Davidson.
Who would’ve known when Steph Curry and his Davidson crew dropped this hot fire on the Internet we’d one day be looking back on a league MVP spitting bars over an Asher Roth track. Hard to imagine that at the time of this track Roth was the budding superstar, while people debated whether Curry was just a big fish in a little pond, or if his skills could translate to the NBA. Fast forward to 2015, and Steph is on top of the world, with his daughter Riley arguably being a larger star than Roth.
Now, before we check out the Curry’s collegiate jam, let’s reacquaint ourselves with the original.
And now for the I Love Commons cover.
Probably not going to see Steph at the Source Awards anytime soon, but it was a fun video nonetheless. College, amiright? Whatever, dude’s definitely got the kitchen dance moves on point.

And since we’ve made it this far, here’s a question: Would you rather be an MVP of the league with absolutely no flow, or a really good, All-Star caliber player who can absolutely crush a verse whenever you feel like it? Like, say, Damian Lillard.
(The answer is definitely NBA MVP, but whenever there’s an opening to drop a Lillard freestyle into a post, you have to carpe diem all over that sucker – Code of the Bloggers)
