NBA Finals 2015: Steph Curry can’t hit buzzer beater (Video)
By Josh Hill
Steph Curry is the MVP of the league, but he failed to hit a big time buzzer beater in a Game 3 blowout.
The Golden State Warriors were beating their chests after an overtime win in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, but since then it’s been all downhill from there. The Dubs lost Game 2 and they got blown out for most of Game 3 in Cleveland.
Just about everything that could go wrong went wrong for the Warriors and a lot of that had to do with the suspect play of Steph Curry. He was missing shots, got too aggressive and seemed to have allowed Matthew Dellavedova inside his head.
With time running out in the third quarter, Curry tried to dunk a buzzer beater but couldn’t do that right either.
The Cavaliers are down two of their Big 3 players, and the Warriors are still struggling against them. That’s bad news heading into the critical stretch this series is about to enter and Steph Curry’s slump is of great concern to Warriors fans.
It’s good news for the Cavaliers, but when he’s making poor decisions like trying to dunk in a buzzer beater rather thank banking it — that’s when it might be time to go back to the drawing board.
