Arizona honored their alumnus, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, with a video on their Twitter account after Kerr and the Warriors won the NBA Finals.

With plenty of likable players and coaches on the Golden State Warriors, everyone is coming out and congratulating the team on their first championship in 40 years. One person receiving a lot of praise for the success of the Warriors, and rightfully so, is head coach Steve Kerr.

His college, the University of Arizona, paid tribute to Kerr by posting a short, six-second video of him from his days in Tucson. The clip is so simple yet effective when it comes to showing the type of person that Kerr is. In the video, it shows Kerr running through a big banner onto the court as he was introduced to the crowd in attendance.

The video shows Kerr as he is usually seen, with a smile on his face and a wave to the crowd.

There are several good guys on the Warriors and throughout their organization, and Kerr is one of the many. He’s also not the only University of Arizona product on the team, as small forward Andre Iguodala, the 2015 NBA Finals MVP, was one of the best players to come from the program.

It’s all smiles in Oakland right now, and in Tuscon, where they are celebrating their alumni winning an NBA Championship.
