After winning an MVP and an NBA Championship, Stephen Curry is getting his own wax figure.


Stephen Curry’s 2014-2015 season was one for the history books and he immortalized himself in NBA history as a result of it. With an MVP and NBA Championship now added to his list of accolades, the accolades and gifts continue to poor in for the Golden State Warriors‘ superstar.

The latest tribute to the point guard, is his very own wax figure from the acclaimed Maddam Tussauds. Everyone that’s an icon has in some form or another have had their own wax figure. Being one of the greats, makes Curry worthy of such an honor.

The video shows the very detailed and intricate process of making a wax figuring, including having Curry pose, measuring his arm size and even as far as to match his facial hair color exactly.

The Warriors’ guard was nothing but all smiles and he should be. He’s getting his very own wax figure. That’s something only reserved for icons of industry.

The honors are beginning to pile in for Curry, and if he can put together another season like the one he had last year, there’s no guessing what form he will be immortalized in next.
