Lil B takes shot at Russell Westbrook, who fires right back

Rapper Lil B stated that Russell Westbrook looks like a sandwich after the NBA point guard admitted he did not know who the rapper was.

On Tuesday, rapper Lil B took a break from cursing professional athletes to call out Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook and his fashion sense.

Lil B targeted mainly Westbrook, but also mentioned the other Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant and Houston Rockets guard James Harden, who both remain cursed by the rapper.

Harden was cursed last season for allegedly performing Lil B’s dance, and was at the ready to fire shots at the start of this new season.

Lil B took to Twitter to then call out Westbrook, saying that player resembles a sandwich in one of his recent commercials.

Westbrook was targeted after the he claimed to have not heard of the famous rapper during an interview with Complex in October. The Thunder guard had this to say when asked about the rapper’s sense of fashion: “I don’t know who that [Lil B] is.”

Lil B argues that Westbrook looks like a sandwich, but that might be up for debate. Here is the advertisement with True Religion that Lil B was referring to in his tweet.

Unless I am missing something, Westbrook looks absolutely nothing like a sandwich. The only takeaway from the commercial is that he has a great sense of fashion, which isn’t something new.

Regardless of whether or not he resembles a sandwich, Westbrook should consider himself lucky to only be mocked by Lil B. After all, losing Kevin Durant for the majority of last season was enough of a curse.
