Get ready to be jealous, basketball shoe lovers. Michael Jordan sent famous New York Knicks fan Spike Lee a pair of amazing shoes over the weekend.

Michael Jordan and Spike Lee starred in a famous Nike commercial back in the 1990’s called It’s Gotta Be The Shoes, and their friendship has grown overtime ever since that day. It pays to be friends with a guy like Jordan, who on occasion might send you some extravagant gifts now and then.

Over the weekend, Jordan sent Lee a gold Oscar edition pair of Air Jordan 6 that is a masterpiece to look at and that will make shoe lovers drool.

Is Spike going to run out onto the court of Madison Square Garden and play for his Knicks, now that he has these pair of shoes?

Lee is the only person with these pair of shoes as they are one of a king. Oh how lucky it must be to be in his shoes right about now. Lee posted another picture on Instagram of him wearing the gold edition shoes along with his Oscar.
