The Thunder‘s Kevin Durant had some advice for Clippers center DeAndre Jordan about being hacked.

There’s become a dynamic in the NBA, where centers just slam home lobs, grab rebounds and don’t focus on their shooting. This leads to centers not being able to hit their free throws and being hacked as a result of it.

Instead of people calling out the centers for avoiding the holes in their game, they have taken on a victim complex and feel they are personally wronged for being hacked on the court, most notably Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan.

The wrong questions are being asked in basketball, when people ask whether or not intentionally hacking someone should be banned, when in fact people should be asking why these centers aren’t making their free throws.

Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant has no sympathy for Jordan or anyone that is being hacked that can’t make free throws. Durant had some very strong words for Jordan and others while he spoke to ESPN’s Royce Young.

Durant’s comments couldn’t be any more on point. If these centers would just work on their shooting and making their free throws, then no one would be hacking them and sending them to the line.

These centers like Jordan aren’t the victims in the hacking situation. If anything, their complete negligence of improving a face of their game makes them the problem with the game being slowed down for hacking.

Durant knows this and that’s why he doesn’t feel sorry for Jordan.
