The following players make good NHL targets for your DraftKings daily picks on January 24.

Winter Storm Jonas continues to wreck havoc on the NHL weekend as another game has been postponed due to the massive snow storm. Yesterday’s game between the Islanders and Flyers and Friday’s game in Washington were both called off. Our nation’s capital is still buried under a foot or two of snow, causing the NHL to announce on Saturday the postponement of Sunday’s game between the Penguins and Capitals in Washington.

With the cancellation of the game in Washington just four games remain on the schedule for today.

The action kicks off a 3:00 p.m. ET with a good Eastern Conference battle between the Rangers and the Ottawa Senators. New York as a two-game winning streak while Ottawa has lost its last two.

St. Louis and Chicago meet in arguably the best game of the day. Both teams feature plenty of firepower and several fantasy targets that are always popular.

An intriguing game to keep an eye on today will take place in Carolina (no, not the NFC Championship) when the Hurricanes host the Calgary Flames. Neither team has an impressive record, but from a fantasy perspective, several players in the game could make for interesting targets tonight.

The final game of the day takes place on the West Coast, meaning it’ll be a late night if folks on the East care to stay up and watch. It most certainly will be an entertaining game to watch, as both San Jose and Los Angels have a lot of offensive firepower on their rosters.

Any mention of fantasy salaries and points in the following slides refer to DraftKings scoring rules and settings.
