Reigning MVP Steph Curry is on another level right now, making shots like this.

After winning an NBA Championship and being named the league’s Most Valuable Player last season, Steph Curry is doing everything in his power to repeat both of these feats. Hitting shots like this helps:

The Golden State Warriors are taking on the Washington Wizards. When Curry hit  this shot, after making the steal, he was 6-7 from the three point line in the first quarter. It may be one of those nights for Curry when he just can’t miss.

John Wall, who is a very good player, didn’t even stand a chance against Curry, who got the steal from #2 and hit the jumper from what seemed closer to half court than the three point line. Curry has led his team to 43 first quarter points. This is impressive, but not unexpected from the All-Star who is averaging 29.4 points her game. This game, however, he already had 25 points by the end of the first quarter.

After the incredible three pointer, Wizard’s head coach Randy Wittman had to take a time out and regroup his team. I don’t think it helped though, as the Warriors seem to be dominating on all fronts. Steph may just be that good tonight. After seeing this shot, everyone in D.C. probably turned the television off and moved on to more promising endeavors.

The Warriors are currently 44-4. By the end of tonight, they will probably by 45-4. They take on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday, February 6th, where Curry will likely create more magic. Either he will, or Draymond Green or Klay Thompson will. They are a scary team to play right now.
