Rolling through some Carolina Panthers themed cocktails for Super Bowl 50.

It’s Super Bowl 50 time. If you’re a Carolina Panthers fan, then odds are you’re either having a party or going to one. And if that’s the case then why not get crafty with some specialty drinks. Here are some cocktails that might fit the bill for your fun time during Super Bowl 50.

Note: I’m an eyeball kinda boozehound, so no specifics are listed. Pour the booze first, and mixers second. If it’s too strong, give it to a friend and try again. If it’s too weak, add another two fingers of hooch.

Shirley Temple

Panthers love the kids, so why not have the best non-alcoholic cocktail ever on the list.

Ingredients

  • 7-Up or Sprite
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of grenadine
  • 1 maraschino cherry

John Daley

Nothing more southern than sweet tea and lemonade.

Ingredients

  • Sweet tea
  • Lemonade
  • Vodka

Fruity moonshine

Shove whatever kind of fruit you want into a mason jar of white lightning and voila.

Ingredients

  • Moonshine (store-bought or illegal)
  • Fruit of choice (recommendations: peach, apple, cherry, blueberry) – cinnamon also works

Salty Cat

It’s like a Salty Dog, but the name is changed. Grapefruits, man, grapefruits.

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit juice
  • Vodka
  • Salt

You’ll be lounging like Artie at a dinner party.

Have fun out there.
