NBC Universal spent over a $1 billion to secure the rights to broadcast and distribute Olympic coverage and it has set up a tight pay-wall. You need cable system login credentials to access live streaming on the NBC Sports app available for Windows, Apple, Android operating systems, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, and Chromecast. If this is your route, after you find which system you subscribe to, be sure to have your username and password front and center. It makes the registration process easier.
