Marquese Chriss admires Devin Booker
While NBA training camps do not start for a bit longer. teams have already started preparing for the season. Right now, many teams are taking care of all the promotional responsibilities before the season starts. In Phoenix that meant Suns players had to fill out a short questionnaire and rookie Marquese Chriss took advantage of the chance to suck up to new teammates.

James would probably make plenty of current player’s mountains. But Devin Booker is a different case. Especially considering that Chriss is going to be learning from veterans like Tyson Chandler and Jared Dudley. This is just a missed opportunity for him to suck up to the vets that will be most important to him early on.
That said, there are other interesting things in the questionnaire. First, throwing a football 65 yards is really impressive. But it also isn’t really a hidden talent considering the Suns posted a video of him doing it.

Also, being an electrical engineer means you are crazy smart, so props on that to Chriss. Although, that does make the fact that Chriss sucked up to Booker seem even stranger. Maybe he knows something we don’t though. Or is just looking way ahead. Only he knows really.
