Inside the NBA analyst Charles Barkley said he doesn’t like the Golden State Warriors because they play “girly” basketball.

Charles Barkley is once again going after the Golden State Warriors. For those out of the loop, Barkley has been against the way the Warriors play basketball for a while now because he prefers his basketball to be play among gladiators in the paint. In actuality, he just doesn’t like teams that rely on outside shooting.

Before the slate of games on TNT on Thursday night, Barkley was back at it again with the Golden State slams. When Kenny Smith pressed him on the fact that the Warriors have made two straight NBA Finals and Barkley’s points basically being invalid, the Hall of Famer went low with his latest insult. He said that the Warriors play “girly” basketball.

For Barkley, his latest rhetoric is nothing new and his assertions of a successful team like the Warriors lack a little substance. It also can be taken as an insult to females and the tremendous basketball talent around the globe in women’s leagues.

At this point, there is absolutely nothing the Warriors can do to please Barkley. They have their roster set up to their strengths and to play a certain brand of basketball. It’s not the fist fight down low like he prefers and he’s going to keep harping on them.

With a record of 16-2 and having been to the NBA Finals for two straight years, the Warriors have nothing left at this point to prove to Barkley. He’s just going to have to sit there and admit that he was wrong or keep reaching for reasons he doesn’t like them. It appears he is going with the latter.
