From the opening practice for the Clash right through to the Great American Race, here is where you can see everything from Daytona International Speedway.

Stock car’s premier racing series is ready to kick off its 2017 season at the World Center of Racing, Daytona International Speedway, with the first cars scheduled to hit the track on Friday and continue right through to the Great American Race nine days later.

It has been a long winter for NASCAR even though it has only been a few months since Jimmie Johnson picked off his seventh title at Homestead-Miami Speedway last November. The series now has a new title sponsor in Monster Energy, a major team — Stewart-Haas Racing — switching manufacturers and a whole different set of rules to entice a new audience.

Gone are points being handed out for leading a lap and the most laps. The competition enhancements included splitting races in three segments with points tied in with each of them. For the first time, points will be awarded in the Can-Am Duels at Daytona, making for a more complex system but at the same time make the regular season more exciting for fans in the run-up to the Chase.

The FOX Sports family of stations, FOX’s over-the-air network and cable’s FOX Sports 1, will have wall-to-wall coverage of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Speedweeks from Daytona.
