The fourth season of The Originals continues on Friday night with episode 5, “I Hear You Knocking.” Here are the details on how to watch online.
At the end of last week’s episode of The Originals, Vincent warned Marcel that the trouble with The Hollow was only just beginning. And boy was he right. While the kids and Hope were saved, The Hollow found a way to infect Marcel and Klaus.
For Klaus, this new dark spirit is manifesting as visions of his father Mikael. The one who hated Klaus for not really being his son and who Klaus found a way to kill twice. Anyway, vision Mikael comes with a message to Klaus that he must kill his greatest enemy. Now that Mikael is dead, that title belongs to Marcel.
The problem is that Marcel is also under the influence of The Hollow. Luckily for Klaus, he is related to two very powerful witches. First up is daughter Hope who knows what is going on with her father even before Klaus does.
Next up is big sister Freya. Her plan is to quickly use her magic to counteract whatever hold The Hollow has on Klaus. The problem is Klaus has a different plan: he wants to use The Hollow to his advantage to figure out what it wanted from Hope. Still, The Hollow wants Klaus to go after Marcel, so Freya gives her brother an hour and a weapon that may actually kill Marcel. It looks like her project with Keelin was successful.
