During the Pokemon focused Nintendo Direct on Tuesday, a Pokken Tournament port was announced for the Nintendo Switch. It’s called Pokken Tournament DX.

Nintendo seems determined to porting some of the best Wii U games to the Switch. We already have one fantastic port with Mario Kart 8: Deluxe. Now, Pokken Tournament DX (Deluxe) is the next one up. The title was revealed during the Pokemon direct on Tuesday. It wasn’t what we were expecting, but we aren’t complaining.

So far, that’s three big fighting games on the Switch. We have Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers, which released in May, which is arguably the best version of the game. We also have the new IP, ARMS, releasing later this month. Our first impressions on the game are very positive and we’re looking forward to playing more of it. Now, we have Pokken Tournament DX to look forward to, which adds even more variety to the fighting genre.

All 16 playable characters from the Wii U version will be returning for this installment. Those won’t be the only characters, however, since five will be joining the roster. Some include Darkrai and Scizor. Check out the new trailer below to see some gameplay and other footage:

Other than the new playable characters, there will be a new 3v3 mode, which is similar to Marvel vs Capcom. It looks like a ton of fun.

The Switch isn’t the only console that got some love. Nintendo announced Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, which will tell new stories and have new additions to the game. It doesn’t sound like an all new game, but it’s definitely something to keep your eye on. It’ll be launching on Nov. 17, 2017, on the 3DS.

Pokemon Gold and Silver will also be coming to the 3DS virtual console on Sept. 22. We’re hoping that’ll eventually make its way to the Switch eShop.

Pokken Tournament DX will launch on Sept. 22 as well.
