Mexico face Russia at the Kazan Arena on Saturday, June 24. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Mexico are in first place in Group A after two matches in the Confederations Cup. They drew 2-2 with Portugal in the first group match, and crept past New Zealand 2-1 in the second. In both contests, Mexico have had to come from behind to salvage points.

They went behind twice against Portugal, equalizing for good in second half stoppage time for the draw. Against New Zealand, El Tri made a dramatic second-half comeback to secure the three points. Mexico have had four different scorers get off the mark in the competition. Coach Juan Carlos Osorio made eight changes from the Portugal match, and will rely on depth to continue on in the competition.

Hosts Russia sit in third place in the group, one point behind both Mexico and Portugal. They took care of New Zealand 2-0 in their first match, but fell to Portugal 1-0 in the next. Russia were confident and composed against New Zealand. An owl goal was the eventual winner, but Fyodor Smolov struck home a second half goal to seal it. Against Portugal, however, Cristiano Ronaldo’s early header proved too much for the hosts to handle. Russia need to ensure a victory over Mexico, however, or they will be out.
