The Ottawa Redblacks host the Edmonton Eskimos at TD Place Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 10. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

After holding on to beat the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the Edmonton Eskimos remain undefeated and first in the West. After winning the Grey Cup last season, Ottawa has been awful to start the season. The Redblacks are 1-5-1 and third in the East.

Despite being hit hard by injuries, the Eskimos are still undefeated because of the play of MVP candidate Mike Reilly. The Eskimos quarterback has been the league’s best dual threat this season. Along with being fourth in passing yards and third in touchdown passes, Reilly has 324 yards rushing and two touchdowns. Defensively, Edmonton is reliant on its front four getting pressure. If the Eskimos can get to the quarterback, they can disrupt Ottawa’s offense.

Offensively, Ottawa ranks fourth in the league in points, with quarterback Trevor Harris ranking near the top of all passing statistics. However, defensively, Ottawa has struggled to slow down their opposition. The Redblacks have allowed 28.8 points per game over their first seven games. Ottawa’s defenders could improve if they start turning their pass knockdowns into interceptions. The Redblacks have the most pass knockdowns but are second last in the league with two interceptions.
