Juventus face Cagliari at the Juventus Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 19. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Despite dominating Serie A over the past six seasons, there appears to be a dark cloud looming over Juventus. The team, who have also won the last three Coppa Italia titles, lost to Lazio 3-2 this past Sunday in the Italian Super Cup. The defeat was a stinging one as Juventus failed to maintain possession for long stretches of the game, only to give up a goal deep into stoppage time.

The Champions League runners up have the chance on Saturday before a home crowd in Turin to start the season off on the right foot. While Juventus have all the big names and clear superiority over an opponent such as Cagliari, nothing is a given. Chelsea, the defending Premier League champions, lost their opener this past weekend to Burnley. Juventus know no opponent should be underestimated despite having a starting lineup that features veterans such as as goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, defender Giorgio Chiellini and striker Gonzalo Higuain.

As for Juventus’ newcomers, defender Mattia De Sciglio struggled in his debut versus Lazio, while Douglas Costa provided some flashes of brilliance in the second half. Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri, nonetheless, had harsh words for his players, calling his team “pushovers” for losing the match in the manner in which they did.

“Regardless of the goal at the end, for which we were pushovers, Lazio deserved the victory. They played better and fought harder,” Allegri told the Italian sports daily La Gazzetta dello Sport. “We didn’t really play from about 30 minutes in until the end. This must make us think hard and bring us back to earth as winning is never easy.”

Juventus are also expected to feature Paulo Dybala in the starting lineup wearing the No. 10 jersey for the club (previously worn by such  legends as Michel Platini and Roberto Baggio) for the very first time in a league match after inheriting the No. 21 from Andrea Pirlo a few years ago. Big things are expected from the attacking midfielder this season after he bagged a brace in the loss to Lazio. Also in the lineup could be Juve’s midweek acquisition, Blaise Matuidi. Juventus signed the PSG midfielder to a three-year deal after paying the French club $23 million.

Cagliari, meanwhile, are looking to build on the success of last season, where they finished a respectable 11th after a return to the top flight. The Sardinians are led offensively by Marco Borriello, who stayed with the club after signing a one-year contract extension this summer. His 16 goals in 31 games last season were a big reason why Cagliari overachieved. The 35-year-old striker has played for a number of clubs over the years, including AC Milan, Roma and a loan spell at Juventus in 2012. The loss, however, of Chilean midfielder Mauricio Isla to Turkish club Fenerbahce will be notable against an opponent of Juve’s caliber. On the plus side, the signing of budding 20-year-old center back Filippo Romagna, a Juventus player who had been on loan to Brescia during the second part of last season, only strengthens Cagliari’s backline.
