The Montreal Alouettes host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at Percival Molson Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 24. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers ended the Edmonton Eskimos dreams of a perfect season. Winnipeg defeated the CFL’s last undefeated team 33-26. With the win, Winnipeg moves within two points of first place Edmonton and are only one point behind second place Calgary. On Thursday night, the Blue Bombers travel to Montreal to face the second place team in the East. The Alouettes split a home and home series with the first place Toronto Argonauts. However, the Als were blown out in the second game against Toronto 38-6. With Ottawa only one point behind Montreal, the Alouettes need a win to keep their lead in the playoff picture.

The Blue Bombers are led by quarterback Matt Nichols and running back Andrew Harris. Nichols has played at an all-star level, doing a good job of taking care of the football and moving the chains. Harris is has a fantastic season with 954 all-purpose yards and four touchdowns in eight games. For Winnipeg to win, both players will have to produce against a tough Montreal defense.

The Alouettes have the third-best defense in the league but their offense has not been able to score enough points. Quarterback Darian Durant has been one of the more inconsistent starters in the league. Durant was awful in the rematch with Toronto, throwing for only 93 yards and an interception. If Durant can keep things simple, not turn the ball over and manage the game, Montreal will have a chance to win.
