Which big-name players should you bench this week? Who should be the first names in your lineup?

Wow, what a weekend. We had shocks, blowouts, big plays and injuries this weekend – all of which have shaken up the fantasy landscape. Let’s look ahead to Week 4’s set of matchups and pick out some players to start and some to avoid.

Start: Jay Ajayi

Ajayi was a Week 3 let down as he left with an injury and only managed 16 yards on 11 carries on the day against the New York Jets. His production (or lack of it) makes a huge difference for the Miami Dolphins, and they were completely shut down on offense in a 20-6 loss against one of the least talented rosters in the league. The team will need to get him back on track.

Miami heads to London this week in an International Series with the New Orleans Saints and their 24th-ranked rushing defense, 30th-ranked passing defense and second-worst overall defense that has allowed 437.7 yards and 26 points per game. Now is the time for the Miami offense to thrive and get back headed in the right direction.

Jay Cutler hasn’t thrown for more than two touchdowns in a long while (the 2015 season) and will want to break that streak this weekend, but it’s Ajayi who will be in the spotlight all week. Expect the British-born running back to see the bulk of the action and produce at Wembley Stadium.
