The Ohio State Buckeyes are bringing out some new uniform heat from head to toe for their game against Penn State this weekend.

One of the best things about college football is the fact that most every team comes out with a fire alternate uniform for a very important game. In this case, the Ohio State Buckeyes have a lot at stake in their matchup against the Penn State Nittany Lions this weekend.

So, of course, they have to get pumped up in fantastic style. What team wouldn’t want incredible alternate uniforms for a game every season?

Recently, Ohio State has been pumping out new uniforms each year. Let’s face it, no Buckeyes fan should be complaining about these incredible designs; I know I wouldn’t. With the colors Ohio State has, the scarlet and gray, it is almost impossible to mess up a uniform design. Although, last season I wasn’t impressed with the “Music and Cannon Fire” alternate uniform design. But, this season, the Buckeyes have given their football team some incredible fire to wear for the big game coming up against the No. 2 team in the country.

At first glance, the all-gray top and pants is an incredible design along with the black numbers and Nike swoosh. The addition of the all-black helmet is fantastic, especially topping it off with the famous buckeyes on their helmets, only in red to give it a spectacular look. The Nike cleats are all scarlet red, the LeBron James Soldier edition.  The cleats give the entire uniform an amazing look and some splash of color.

Overall, these uniforms are gorgeous. The flow of the jersey looks so clean and makes perfect sense. I love the way the Buckeyes used gray to the max in this design, especially with the blacked-out helmet and all-red cleats. That being said, the Buckeyes are going to look absolutely fire heading into their anticipated matchup with the second-ranked Nittany Lions. As weird as it sounds, new uniforms give even more momentum. Who wouldn’t be pumped up dressed in brand new heat?
