In Champions League, Sevilla defeated Spartak Moscow 2-1, moving into second in their group. In La Liga, Sevilla are fifth but have lost three of their last five games. Only six teams have scored fewer goals than Sevilla, who are one of the better defensive teams in the league. Only Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, and Leganes have allowed fewer goals than Sevilla.  Wissam Ben Yedder leads the club with eight goals in all competitions but Ben Yedder has only scored twice in La Liga.
