These are the games you need to watch this weekend in college basketball.

This weekend sees the end of a couple of major preseason tournaments such as the Battle 4 Atlantis, the PK80 Invitational and the NIT Season Tip-Off. Notable tournaments like these include high-level teams, breeding some very interesting matchups that have March implications. Teams such as Duke, Arizona, North Carolina, Michigan State and many more big-time squads will be featured in these games, which is always must-watch basketball. This is a list of the best games of the weekend, but rest assured that there are plenty of other intriguing games this weekend.

While we won’t know all of the matchups before Friday night, here are the five best games of this weekend we know will be happening.

No. 9 North Carolina vs Arkansas – Friday, 3:30 ET

This game is a rematch of the Round of 32 matchup from the NCAA Tournament last season. This game came down to the wire, ending up at 72-65 in UNC’s favor. The Razorbacks should be fired up for this game, as each of their last three NCAA Tournament appearances have ended with a loss to UNC.

The matchup comes in the semifinal game of the PK80 invitational tournament Victory bracket. North Carolina is fresh off a resounding win over Portland and will be looking to keep the momentum going. Arkansas just won a close one over Oklahoma behind a big game from Daryl Macon.

It’s a revenge game for the Razorbacks and a heat check game for the Tar Heels in a battle of Nike schools. Joel Berry is now that he is fully healthy, but so is Daryl Macon after the Oklahoma game. We’ll have to see if Arkansas can keep up on the boards while limiting Joel Berry’s creation on offense.
