The Rams traveled to Seattle on Sunday for a showdown with the Seahawks. Which team came out of the game on top of the NFC West?

Many were wondering how the Los Angeles Rams would handle the spotlight when they traveled to play the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, with first place in the NFC West on the line. However, they proved they can handle the pressure with a dominant performance in Seattle.

In the first half alone, Todd Gurley lit up the Seahawks defense, going for a hat trick and finding the end zone three times to take a controlling lead over the Rams’ NFC West rival. They finished off the efforts with ease, taking home a 42-7 victory and full control of the division.

There were a ton of highlights for the Rams in the first half, with Gurley putting on a show for the Rams in the process. If you’re a Seahawks fan, you may want to turn your eyes away from the screen for these below:

Three Stars

1. Todd Gurley

This one was an absolute no-brainer, as the Rams running back simply went off for his offense all game to lead the way to the team’s win. He put up three touchdowns in the first half alone, and even added one more in the second half to put things well out of reach. He was a superstar and a man amongst boys, and was well-deserving of this honor.

2. Todd Gurley

Gurley was so deserving of the first star of the day, we had to give him a little extra credit and make him the second star of the afternoon as well for this Rams win.

3. Todd Gurley

Alright, we caved. Gurley gets all the stars. Don’t @ us.

Next week

The Seahawks will look to bounce back before the postseason in a big matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas Eve, while the Rams will travel to play the Tennessee Titans earlier in the day.
