Real Sociedad face Barcelona at Anoeta Stadium on Sunday, Jan. 14. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

As the Liga season reaches the midway point this weekend, Barcelona are running away with the league title. Barcelona are nine points ahead of Atletico Madrid in the league table and 16 points ahead of rivals Real Madrid. On Sunday, Real Sociedad host Barcelona at Anoeta Stadium. Sociedad are 12th in the table with 23 points.

Real Sociedad have scored the fifth most goals in La Liga this season. However, they have also allowed the fifth most goals this season. In their last five games, Eusebio’s side have struggled, losing three games and picking up only four points, falling from seventh to 12th in the table. Willian José leads the club with seven goals this season while 20-year-old Mikel Oyarzabal has six. If Sociedad are going to steal points this weekend, they need Jose and Oyarzabal to have strong games.

Barcelona have not lost any of their first 18 games of the season. Ernesto Valverde’s team have won four straight games by a combined scoreline of 12-0. Barcelona finally signed Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool to strengthen their attack. However, the Brazilian is not expected to play for his new club on the weekend because of a hamstring injury. Instead, Barcelona will get their prized summer signing Ousmane Dembele back from a hamstring tear. Reports suggest that the 20-year-old French winger was not pleased with the club signing Coutinho. Dembele will have a chance to show his worth to the lineup.
