Golden State has suffered a handful of injuries late in the season, and now you can add one more All-Star to their list of wounded Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors are already without two of their four All-Stars for the forseeable future, and now Kevin Durant has to be added to the injury list.

Anthony Slater of The Athletic reported on Friday night that Kevin Durant is going to miss at least the next two weeks with an incomplete rib cartilage fracture.

He is set to be reevaluated after the two-week period.

Durant suffered the injury in Goden State’s March 11 matchup against the Timberwolves, which was oddly enough the same game the Klay Thompson suffered a thumb injury. Durant did finish the game and played in the following game against the Lakers, but clearly the injury was seriously bothering him.

The Warriors are suffering from a serious case of Murphy’s Law with only 12 games left in the season. Right now they’re without Steph Curry with an ankle injury, and Thompson is out with a broken thumb. The only All-Star currently left standing for the Warriors is Draymond Green, and he’s had some injuries of his own throughout this season.

Right now, Golden State is in a battle for the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference with the Houston Rockets. As of Friday night, the Warriors are only two games back of the Rockets, but right now it doesn’t look like they plan to give up their lead.

The situation might be different if the injuries they’re suffering from were minor bumps and bruises, but they’re sidelining guys for weeks at a time. This may just force the Warriors to wave the white flag on the one seed and just focus on getting guys healthy for the postseason.

Right now, health is the most important thing for the Warriors, because even though they’re historically great on offense they’ll, need all three of their currently shelved superstars to win another title.
