Wednesday’s DraftKings MLB slate features a healthy seven-game docket. Is Patrick Corbin worth paying up for? A Red Sox-Yankees game stack could be worth it.

James Paxton had an unbelievable night on Tuesday, becoming the first Canadian-born pitcher to throw a no-hitter in Canada. He took slate honors with 46.45 DKFP. Behind him in pitching was Aaron Nola (38.75 DKFP) and Jeremy Hellickson (33.8 DKFP) while Corey Kluber (11.9) and Lance McCullers Jr. (11.85) tanked.

Offensively it wasn’t the day I had expected as the Royals put up a 10 spot in the first inning in Baltimore. Three Royals finished in the top five amongst hitters last night as Mike Moustakas took honors with 37 DKFP. Giancarlo Stanton finally had a great game in front of Yankees fans with two home runs in a 3-2 win, which yielded 35 DKFP. Wellington Castillo also had two home runs for the White Sox.

While there is weather threatening Wednesday’s early slate, all systems are a go for the featured slate. The wind will be blowing out to left in Baltimore and out to right in San Diego. The wind will blow in at Yankee Stadium and there is a crosswind in Philadelphia from right to left.

Kansas City and Baltimore have the highest over/under at 9.5. The Diamondbacks and Dodgers, once again, are the lowest at 7.

Top 3 run projections: Orioles 5.02, Phillies 4.72, Blue Jays 4.63

Bottom 3 run projections: Diamondbacks 3.35, Padres 3.56, Dodgers 3.65

Full projections and as lineups are confirmed will be posted on Rotogrinders.
