Bayern Munich face Eintracht Frankfurt at the Olympiastadion on Saturday, May 19. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Bayern Munich cruised to their sixth straight Bundesliga title, finishing 21 points ahead of Schalke. On Saturday, Bayern will look to capture the domestic double, facing Eintracht Frankfurt in the DFB Pokal final. Eintracht finished eighth with 49 points but had an awful finish to the season. Frankfurt lost seven of their last 11 games.

Bayern celebrated their title last weekend but were smoked in the final games of the season, losing 4-1 to Stuttgart. Saturday’s game will be the final game for manager Jupp Heynckes who will retire following the game. Bayern will use their possession dominant style of play and aggressive style to create chances for Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker won the Torjagerkanone after scoring a Bundesliga best 29 goals. Five of the seven Bayern players who were named to the provisional Germany roster at the World Cup will likely start. Injuries will prevent Manuel Neuer and Jerome Boateng from playing.

On April 13, Bayern announced that former defender and current Eintracht manager Niko Kovac would take over for Heynckes on July 1. After it was announced that Kovac was leaving the club, Frankfurt lost four of their final five games. Eintract picking up only four points in their final seven games cost them an automatic spot for Europa League next season. Frankfurt will have to win Saturday’s game if are going to play in Europa League next season. The Eagles will rely on Sebastian Haller who lead the team with nine goals. However, he scored only once in Eintracht’s last 15 games.

The two teams last played on April 28 when Bayern gave four players their senior team debut and still managed to win 4-1. In the other game this season, Bayern won 1-0.
