Another first for Ronda Rousey as she earns a 30-day suspension from WWE for attacking Alexa Bliss.

Ronda Rousey was moments away from capturing her first WWE title on Sunday at Money in the Bank. Alexa Bliss had other ideas. Bliss attacked Rousey with her newly won Money in the Bank briefcase, cashed in on Jax, and reaped the rewards of Rousey’s hard work.

The former UFC champion got her revenge in the opening segment of Monday Night RAW. With Bliss celebrating her fifth reign as champion, Rousey stormed out, ready to ruin Alexa’s big night.

Not even RAW general manager Kurt Angle could stand in the way of “Rowdy” Ronda.

After tossing her WrestleMania 34 tag partner aside, Rousey turned her attention to her new enemy. Rousey battered Bliss with the briefcase before hoisting her up and putting her through a lonely looking table.

The outburst from Rousey earned her a 30-day suspension.

Suspensions are pretty new for the rowdy one. Despite her “bad reputation” in the MMA world, she never pushed the envelope far enough (or failed a drug test) to be put in timeout. The worst she received was a medical suspension following a fight. This is the first time she’ll have to sit on the sidelines for inflicting too much damage to her opponent.

Just more proof that while more things are legal in a WWE ring than a UFC Octagon, you can only go so far outside the realm of competition. She would have been better off throwing a dolly at Bliss.

On her way out of the arena, Rousey vowed that, champion or not, she was coming after the pink-haired Goddess. Good luck, Alexa.
