How long is Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom? With the movie’s release right around the corner, we have all the information you need to get you ready for the film.

Another summer blockbuster is once again upon us.

Following the releases of the likes of Avengers: Infinity War (April 27), Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 10) and Deadpool 2 (May 18), moviegoers and fans alike will get to see another prominent tentpole film debut when the latest installment in the Jurassic Park franchise debuts.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the follow up to 2015’s Jurassic World, will open in theaters across the United States on June 22, 2018.

It continues the story following Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard’s characters that began in Jurassic World.

In addition to the two, Jeff Goldblum’s Dr. Ian Malcolm will also return after previously appearing in Jurassic Park and The Lost World: Jurassic Park. B.D. Wong’s Dr. Henry Wu will also be in the film. Prior to Fallen Kingdom, the character showed up in both Jurassic Park and Jurassic World.

What’s more, a host of new actors will join the franchise. Among them include James Cromwell, Justice Smith, Geraldine Chaplin, Toby Jones, Daniella Pineda, Isabella Sermon, Rafe Spall and Ted Levine.

So just how long will Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdome be?

Two hours and 10 minutes.

The J.A. Bayona-directed movie checks in at six minutes longer than the previous film in the franchise, Jurassic World. It’s also the longest movie in the so far five-part Jurassic Park series to date.

The first installment in the long-running series, 1993’s Jurassic Park, was two hours and seven minutes long. The Lost World: Jurassic Park was two hours and seven minutes long while Jurassic Park III checked in at one hour and 34 minutes long.
